Eligibility Criteria :
Constables (General Duty / Buglar / Mali / Painter) Only In The Force Having Following Qualification Will Be Eligible To Appear In The Examination :
Service Eligibility
They Should Have Completed Four Years Of Service Including Basic Training On The Last Date Of Application. However Constable Having More Than 04 Years Of Service Shall Be Considered For Weighage Of Marks As Under :

| 05 – 06 Years | 08 Marks |
| 06 – 07 Years | 12 Marks |
| 07 – 08 Years | 16 Marks |

The Upper Age For Appearing In LDCE Will Be 32 Years As On 01 August 2019.
Educational Qualification :
10+2 From A Recognized Board Of State Or Central.
